Somerford Place at Fresno’s Alzheimer and Memory Support Services program is dedicated to the unique needs of residents with Alzheimer's and other cognitive conditions. Our innovative program for our residents with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related illnesses is Bridge to Rediscovery, a Montesorri-based activities program.
